Eating Routines


Surprisingly, I actually had fun yesterday (Sunday) with my new eating program.  I’m a person who enjoys jigsaw puzzles, collage, and Sudoku, so maybe it is somewhat the same, learning the Points system with Weight Watchers.  It was fun to look up the points on things before I ate them, to use the online site, and to “rest” in the structure provided, instead of constantly fretting and being at war with my appetite.  Using the website to look at the bigger picture of my day, I ended up taking a 30-minute walk, when otherwise I wouldn’t have exercised that day. I chose some new “routines” that I wanted to track: planning my meals, never leaving the house without a healthy snack, and eating AWAY from any distractions.  While here at the computer this very moment, I realized I was eating my oatmeal with the computer distraction, so bye for now! 😀
